How do I LOCATE AN OFFICE in my city/town that sells Oticon products?
To find an office is easy! Go to www.oticonusa.com and then in the lower left you'll find the Hearing Center Locator. Just place your zip code or city/state in the boxes and the local offices will be brought forward.
Please tell me which of your products are available in CROS and BiCROS configurations?
Several of our behind-the-ear (BTE) hearng aids can be custom made into CROS or BiCROS. Please speak with your local hearing professional to determine the best model and configuration for you.
How can I get more DOMES?
To get additional DOMES, please contact your local professional. Usually the local offices stock a complete inventory of DOMES and they can be purchased in person or sometimes through the mail. Please check with your local office.
How can I get more WAX FILTERS?
To get additional WAX FILTERS, please contact your local professional. Usually the local offices stock a complete inventory of WAX FILTERS and they can be purchased in person or sometimes through the mail. Please check with your local office.
Does Oticon still make BODY AIDS?
Yes, Model P11P. Please speak with your local professional to learn about this instrument. The P11P can work with either an air receiver/cord, and it can be configured for bone conduction.
Please tell me about the Oticon WARRANTY?
Models: EPOQ, Delta, Vigo Pro, Vigo, Syncro, Safran, Tego Pro, Tego, Go Pro, Sumo DM, Amigo Receivers/Transmitters are each covered by a 2 year warranty.
Models: Sumo XP, Sumo E, Adapto, Gaia, Atlas, AtlasPlus, Go, Ergo, Personic 410/420/425, 380P/390Pl/P11P, Amigo accessories and Oticon FM Adaptor Boots are each covered by a 1 year warranty.
Our warranty period covers defects in materials and workmanship. During the first year of the warranty period there is a one time only replacement* for loss, theft or damage. NOTE - *All claims must be filed with your Hearing Care Professional. If a claim in filed for lost/theft/damage, the Consumer is responsible for a processing fee and additional shipping fees.
Hearing Aid DEHUMIDIFIERS?
There are many hearing aid dehumidifiers available. Please speak with your local professional to help pick the best one for your needs. When perspiration and moisture are significant problems, we suggest the electronic (plug-in) DRY'N'STORE system. It has an ultraviolet light which sanitizes the hearing aids, a desiccant to absorb moisture and a fan which helps move air completely around and through the hearing aid for maximal drying, and it has a plug-in cord.
Extra CARRYING CASE?
If your new hearing aid carrying case has been lost, please send a note to webmaster@oticonusa.com and we'll send a replacement. Please send your complete street address.

All of our product brochures are available online. Please go to www.oticonusa.com and you can and you can download the product brochure you seek. Please search under "Professional" then select "Products" then select the hearings aid you're interested in.
