As hearing aids have become more advanced, the number of performance parameters has increased significantly. Fitting such instruments can be complicated since alterations to one set of parameters can impact performance in other areas.

The Syncro Identities allow hearing care professionals to customize the key elements of the Voice Priority Processing system to match the user’s needs, without having to individually configure each feature.

The five Syncro Identities are:

Energetic
Dynamic
Active
Gradual
Calm

An identity is automatically prescribed, based on factors such as hearing loss, age, auditory lifestyle, amplification experience and listening preferences.
