Inside Account Representative
Oticon, the world leader in hearing technology is seeking individualswith strong telephone sales, relationship building, and communication skills to join our inside sales team in our Somerset NJ facility.
Qualified candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business or related field or HIS equivalent and telephone sales experience.This candidate must be a motivated team player who will excel in relationship building with a repeat customer base.
Responsibilities include developing new business opportunities and maintaining current customer relationships through proactive phone contactmanagementwhich includes product sales and support.Other duties include tracking and executing outbound calls on a daily basis and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Some travel required to represent the company in sales related functions,ie. trade shows, seminars, sales meetings and product training.
Experience in the hearing health care industry is a plus.
