National Hearing Aid Loaner Program Information and Application Booklet

The Oticon Pediatrics Loaner Bank Program will provide hearing aids for children, birth to three, who are in need of immediate amplification when amplification is not readily available.  These children are typically waiting for third party reimbursement approval or for a cochlear implant evaluation.

Available instruments include the new Safari family of BTEs as well as Amigo FM. Please reveiw the Loaner Bank booklet below for more informaiton and application.
