Oticon Account Holders – Getting Started:
You will need a User ID and Password to log into MyOticon. To obtain a User ID and Password, please visit www.MyOticon.com and click on the link “Request a User ID and Password.” You will be prompted to fill out a short form of basic account-based questions, and you must provide a valid e-mail address as it will become the User ID you log in with. Please allow at least one business day to process password requests.

To Establish an Account with Oticon:
Getting an Oticon account is fast and easy. Please call our customer service team and ask for a new account application to be sent to you via fax, e-mail, or US Mail.

Recovering a Lost or Forgotten Password:
Please visit www.MyOticon.com and click on the “Forgot your password?” link.  An email will be sent to you with a new password to access the website.
