Oticon Account Holders – Getting Started: To use MyOticon, you’ll need a User ID and Password. To obtain a User ID and Password click “Request a User ID and Password.” You will be prompted to fill out a short form of basic account-based questions. You must provide us with a valid e-mail address. Your e-mail address will become the User ID you log in with. Additional required information is your full name -- not the name of your business. Your phone number is also required, in case we must contact you. Lastly, you must provide a valid Oticon account number. After you submit this information, please allow one business day for our staff to review your request and issue a password to you. Your password will come to you via email and then you can log into MyOticon. Once you are logged in, you will be asked to change your password and set-up a secret question. To establish an account with Oticon: Getting an Oticon account is fast and easy.ف Please phone our customer service team at 1-800-526-3921 and ask for a new account application to be sent to you via fax, e-mail, or US Mail. Logging In With your User ID and Password: To log into MyOticon, enter your User ID (the e-mail address you provided during account setup) and your temporary password (which is included in an e-mail from MyOticon.com). Please note, the password is case sensitive. Once you are logged in, you will be asked to change your password and set-up a secret question -- in case you forget your password. Recovering a Lost or Forgotten Password: On the login page of the MyOticon.com website is a link where you can request a new password.ف Directly below the “Sign In” button is “Forgot your password?” Select this link and enter your email User ID.ف An email will be sent to you within 10 minutes. Oticon cannot issue a new password on the phone.
