ConnectLine and Streamer Pro

The ConnectLine solution for TV allows you to enjoy watching TV at your preferred volume, while the rest of the family can keep the volume at a level which suits them. The sound is rich and clear without audible delays, meaning that the sound matches the visuals on your TV screen.

You’ll need:

  • ConnectLine TV adapter
  • The TV adapter connected to your TV
  • Streamer Pro

The Streamer is a personal remote or control center that you wear around your neck. When paired with the TV adapter, it picks up audio signals from the TV adapter and sends them into both ears via your hearing aids.

Learn how to set up ConnectLine so you can enjoy TV programs at a volume the whole family can enjoy.

Getting started

Connecting the adapter to the TV

The ConnectLine TV adapter transmits sound directly to your hearing aids through the streamer. You can connect to the TV in four ways:

1. Using a SCART cable.
2. Using audio cables via the TV’s audio out socket.
3. Using the TV’s headphone connection.
4. Using a TOSLINK cable.

Preparing the Streamer for TV listening

The very first time your Streamer Pro is used with the TV adaptor, the two devices must be paired together. Pairing is done only once and will normally not have to be repeated.

1. Place the streamer right next to the TV adaptor (less than 30 centimeters or 1 foot between the devices).
2. Press and hold the streamer's Connect button for 5 seconds until the blue light starts flashing rapidly.
3. The two devices establish a connection to each other. Wait one minute.
4. After one minute, the TV adaptor is connected to the streamer and the pairing is complete. The orange status indicator on the TV adaptor lights up.
